The SCIM standard defines a special resource called "Me" that represents the user making the API request as identified by the access token. This is similar to the "/userinfo" endpoint defined in the OAuth2 spec.

This endpoint is not built yet and currently responds 501 to every request. The proposed behaviour is a 308 redirect to the corresponding /Users endpoint, whose Location may be in a different namespace.
